What Causes Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding With Large Blood Clots?

Hi doctor. I had strange kind of period this time. Firstly it was bit early on 23rd day rather than usual 28 days. Secondly the quantity was low mainly bleeding dark red or brown when I peed also there were more than usual blood clots. I noticed on day 27 that my boob were bit larger than normal they still are and getting bigger. I took pregnancy test on day 29 but got negative result. I had smell aversion bloating and sore boobs earlier. How would you explain my symptoms what should I do next. I am trying to get pregnant and having sex regularly

Hi dear,
These are not symptoms of pregnancy.
You had a little excessive bleeding this months.It is common for almost all wemon to experience this once in a while, and need not be worried.Detailed evaluation is needed only if it persists in coming months too.
To increase chance of getting pregnant,try having sex in the mid cycle (middle 10 days).
