What Causes Abnormal Sensation In Upper Stomach And Navel?

I have had an uncomfortable feeling in my upper stomach from my belly button going up. It feels tight and feels like it is pulsating. It sometimes goes around to my back area where my kidneys are. Sometimes it feels tight to breathe in and out. It has gotten worse and more constant.

Hi
May be GERD or gastritis.
Capsule omeprazole before food in the morning for three days.
Avoid alcohol, smoking spicy food.
If obese reduce weight.
See doctor if it persists after 5 days.
