Hello, my friend is having weird things happen with his penis and balls... Like his penis with shrink down more than what it should but he said it rarely happens like that and also his balls will like harden and get close to his body and he just wants to know if that s normal.

Hi,
From history it seems that due to having very cold atmosphere out there might be having more constriction of scrotal and penile muscles leading to shrunken feeling of these parts.
Consult his doctor and get examined.
