My grandfather is 86 years old.He suffers heart and blood preasure problems.However, he suddenly started to speak incoherently.He knows what is going on around him yet he cannot choose the right words to deliver his message. The Drs have requested a TC scan and some medical tests. Every thing is fine except for the kidney. My grandfather takes water pills. The doctors think he suffers dehydration which might have caused kidney injury. My grandfather urines alot recently. He has difficulty focusing his attention and following the conversation . His flow of ideas are unclear or illogical and sometimes he jumpes from one subject to another . To conculde His thinking is sometimes disorganized. Ps. My grandfather has not stopped speaking incoherently for 2 days.
