What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding With Blood Clots?

I had a medical abortion 8 months ago, and soon after had an implant inserted. Im having irregular periods which I guess is an effect from the implant which hasn't yet settled, but I'm worried as I will still pass some blood clots similar to that of when I had my abortion. Sometimes they'll only be small, but recently they've been getting bigger. ill bleed brown blood around every 2 weeks, with having bleeding that is more like a period every 6-8 weeks. Is this normal?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Contraceptive Implants are known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding for first 6 months. after that it gets adjusted.
As you have history of medical abortion recently, it is worth checking for complete abortion by a chck up by your doctor/ USG pelvis if needful.
