Hello,
* The watery
vaginal discharge indicates possible fungal or bacterial infection of the vagina and not in concern with
I pill usage. My guidelines at present
- drink more liquids to maintain hydration
- vaginal hygiene with antiseptic liquid or soap
- avoid the use of same commercial tampons for a long period of times, change it frequently
- wear loose, cotton inner wears
- avoid vaginal sex till recovery ( if active at present )
- get a swab report of vaginal discharge done in laboratory and prescription of anti-fungal , antibiotics from your doc
- No further I pill usage for next 3 months, think of alternative
contraceptive methods if needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
