What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharge With Back Ache?

Hi, I just got off my weird period and its been 2 days sense and I m now having a pinkish brownish discharge, peeing alot and weird fluttering feeling in my stomach and my back hurts, I ve also have had cramping here and there... What could be going on??
