What Causes Abrupt Pain In Navel Area?
I have suddenly notice an usual slight pain on the left side belly button. I felt a lttle pain when I leaned forward to grab clothing inside my washer. When I put my underwear band across my belly button I feel that same pain. Now, I put my underwear above or bellow belly button. What do you think is going on?

From history it seems that there might be having some infection in your belly button giving rise pain and tenderness.
Due to collection of dust mixed with perspiration might give deep infection in umbilicus.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
