What Causes Absence Of Periods After An Abortion?

hello, I am suzi 37 years old. I had an abortion in January and was then taking contraceptive pills for 21 days. I had my first periods after abortion normally. now I was due to have periods from 1 -2 march but till now no periods and feeling cramps. what could be the delay. please advise

Hi, I think it can be due to some hormonal imbalances. But do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy. If negative, you can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods. Hope I have answered your question.
