What Causes Absence Of Periods?
Hi, I am 27 years old, and I am not getting my period from last 2 months. I am sure I am not pregnant as I do not have any sex relation with any1. Please guide some pills or home remedies for how to get my period immediately as I am having my marriage soon. Thanks in advance.

Absence of period could be due to hormonal imbalance or disorders like thyroid disease, stress, emotional disturbances, certain medications or medical conditions, diseases of the ovaries or uterus, etc.
Consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation and you may need to undergo various lab tests including ultrasound scan.
The doctor might prescribe tablet Regesterone to induce the period.
