Hi I am trying to fall pregnant and am on a waiting list for gynecologist so I got an ultrasound done and it says that I have 23 small hypoechoic follicles measuring 5mm diameter but at the end it says that it is non- specific and is not characteristic for pcos. No further abnormality identified. So I still don't have my period and if its not pcos, what can it be? Will the gynologist be able to help us have a baby?
