What Causes Accidental Ingestion Of Advil And Decongestants By Children?

I am unsure but one of my Advil allergy and congestion relief pills went missing. On the chance that my 3 year old might have managed to swallow it what would I do now two 1/2 hours after we figured out the only plausible time he could have. He went to sleep an hour after which is his normal routine time and when we tried waking him he was responsively irritated

nothing will happen, only thing is the child will go to deep sleep. for a longer duration. but in future be care full to keep medicine out of reach for children. it may be fatal at time.
