What Causes Accumulation Of Water And Blood In The Ears With Sound Sensitivity?
Hi im 21 years old and the other night i had a dream and in the dream a gun was shot right next to my ear and i woke up right after that and i felt a water substance in my ear and out of habbit i used a q tip and it was wax and blood now i cant handle high pitched noises very well and i cant afford a hospital visit so i want to know what is going on with my ear.

The very first thing is not to put anything inside your ear. It might be only wax coming out, that is normal. What's not normal the presence of blood.
You can send a photo of the bloody wax to evaluate the changes myself. Keep good hygiene. Can use ear antiseptic spray to clean external ear especially after having a bath.
