What Causes Acid Reflux Along With Abdominal Bloating?

I have multiple digestive issues and I am trying to narrow down the cause. Here are the symptoms: Acid Reflux, gas and bloating, abdominal cramping, diarrhea, constipation. I have had colonoscopies. The last came up with a polyp that was removed and benign. Just don t know if I am looking at Lactose Intolerance, a form of IBS, Crohns, etc.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are lab tests that can help determine if lactose intolerance is a problem and a colonoscopy would identify crohns disease.
If no changes in keeping with crohns were seen on your colonoscopy then this is not likely present.

There are also criteria for IBS, called the rome 1v criteria.

These criteria can be assessed online.

If you fit these criteria then IBS is a possibility.

I hope this helps
