General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what your daughter had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, she can be having side effects of steroids. She needs to be evaluated also for endocrine disorders with cortisol and thyroxine levels.

Recurrent vomiting may also cause electrolytes imbalance which may cause such blurring of vision etc. so electrolytes may be needed to be reviewed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
