What Causes Acid Reflux Along With Pain In Joints And Lower Back?

I have been experiencing a gas pain feeling lik I have to have a movement. The feeling stays even if I have a movement or urinate. I also feel a aches in joints and lower back. No sure if I have a bug or something more serious is going on. Any ideas.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia, in my opinion just wait for some time it may get alright even without the medicine if it does not then you can try, "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day for few days, hope this information helps, take care.
