Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Despite food, stress, anxiety, hiatus hernia, H. Pylori infection can cause acid reflux and related symptoms. So better to consult the gastroenterologist and get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) endoscopy.

If this is positive for H. Pylori infection, then she will need 14 days antibiotic course. If it is a Hiatus hernia, then she will need surgical correction.

If upper GI endoscopy is normal, then the possibility of stress and anxiety related acid reflux is more likely. So, tell her to avoid stress and tension and be calm.

Take Pantoprazole and Levosulpiride combination drugs daily and do not worry, she will be alright.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
