General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to the reflux esophagitis, Gastritis (H.pylori infection) and stomach ulcer.
I would suggest to consult the gastroenterologist and undergo barium meal/Upper GI endoscopy, rapid urea breath test.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet esmoprazole 30 minutes before the meal
Tablet domperidone
Syrup mucaine
Take diet rich in the fiber
Avoid stress, fatty/oily/spicy food.
Take diet like banana, rice, applesauce, toast, buttermilk and more yogurt.
Do regular exercise and meditation.
Hope this may help you
