What Causes Acid Reflux While Suffering From Non Alcoholic Cirrhosis?

I have non alcoholic cirrhosis and esophageal varices(never bled) and GERD. Having trouble with acid feeling in throat, feels like swallowing around a bubble at high altitude (8000 ft). Take omeperazole daily. Could the altitude be causing the problem? Do I have to worry about possible bleeding of the varices?

continue omeprAzole and also sucralfate syrup before meal for some weeks and u can get relieved from the symptoms., also get a routine checkup done.. rest will be fine
