What Causes Acid Reflux With Loose Green Stools?

I have been on penicillen for the last two weeks for wisdom tooth being pulled. During this time I have been experiencing terrible acid reflux and indigestion and soon after I experienced dark green, very loose stools that burned my bottom as I was going. What could be the cause of this. It is also still occuring since I have finished mt prescription.
