Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to stomach ulcer, indigestion and acid reflux.
I would suggest to consult the gatroenterologist and undergo following investigations:
blood tests like CBC, ESR, LFT, endoscopy, urea breath test.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet esmoprazole 30 minutes before the meal for 14 days
Syrup mucine
Avoid stress and do regular exercise like walking and yoga
Take more diet like banana, rice, applesauce, yogurt, buttermilk and toast
Avoid spicy/oily/fatty food
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
