hello sir ,i am having pimples like structures in my testicles area for eight months its not curing? what is the reason? and help me what is the treatment for curing this?

its not pimple but sebaceous cyst over it.
its not harmful and will not cause any problem to u.
better to consult dermatologist or surgeon and remove it.
dont squeeze it out.
