Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face after taking Isotane which occurs whens there are hormonal changes and stress. You are already taking so many medications but not getting much benefited. Need not to worry. You should get your hormone levels monitored. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Drink 6-7 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
