What Causes Acute And Recurrent Skin Ulceration After Spider Bite?

I am a daily user of methamphetamine for about 4 years now. Mainly nasal injected. 2 years ago i was bit by a spider on my ankle(not a recluse) but went to ER, prescribed some meds...healed. Eversince then, every 3 months my ankles (both)would swell up and bruise. Extreme pain. They d be like that for about a week each time. About 7 months ago it got more frequent. Its now every month. What could this possibly be?
