What Causes Acute Ringing In Ears Along With Fatigue?
twice i have felt an acute ringing in my ears and an urgent feeling to find a bathroom, dont know if im going to get sick or pass out. Twice I have passed out and I have never passed out in my life. I wasnt drinking or on drugs; im in my 50s going thru the change of life.

Understanding your concern. As per your query symptoms of acute ringing in ears along with fatigue which is due to exposure to loud sound, due to sinusitis, ear wax accumulation and fluid accumulation in ear canal. Need not to worry. Maintain proper ear cleanliness. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. You should go for audiometer testing as well for ringing sound in ear which is known as 'TINNITUS' and dizziness is known as ' VERTIGO'. If there is infection of middle ear or sinusitis the doctor may prescribe antibiotics . For now avoid loud sound , exercise for half an hour daily (light walk) , reduce intake of tea and coffee and try to keep stress level low.
