What Causes Adrenal Fatigue Along With Muscle Loss?

Hi I am having trouble finding anything about the symptoms I am experiencing. So first off let me start by stating I have an bad tooth that has been that way for a few weeks now and can t get in to a dentist until Monday. I am experiencing many of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue: tiredness even if I sleep for 12 hours, low tolerance to stress, low energy though out the day, muscle loss, etc. Though my concerns are a symptom that I can t relate to anything with searching the internet. My skin constantly will feel as though I have icy-hot rubbed all over my skin (if i pick up my phone it feels cold, if my arms touch my desk it feels cold, I live where it is now very hot so nothing is actually cold. I have tingling in my feet occasionally as well.

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count for anemia.
- Thyroid hormone levels for possible adrenal gland dysfunction.
- Blood electrolytes.
- Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 plasma levels for possible deficiency.
