What Causes Aggravating Shoulder And Neck Pain?
I have a really bad neck and shoulder pain for the last 3 days. I feel like its getting worst since im starting to get a itchy throat and lite headaches. Ive been using ice hot and heating pads. Any other suggestions since I feel that the pain is increasing.

The warm compress can be used now instead of alternating with the ice compress which is more commonly for an acute injury.
You should also consider the use of anti inflammatory medication if you can use them (eg naproxen, ibuprofen, voltaren) and a muscle relaxant since it is possible muscle spasm is contributing to your pain
