What Causes Aggressive Behaviour While On Vimpat For Schizoaffective Disorder?
e has htly sh My daughter is 37 and has bipolar schitzo-effective disorder and is on vimpat for seizures, but recently she has become agressive and has been having horrible thoughts.Are these side effects from vimpat? She was on lamictal and had none of these issues. Should we go back to lamictal?

If I understand correctly your daughter is diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder; bipolar type. Normally for the condition a mood stabilizer can be combined with an antipsychotic. The thoughts she is having might be delusions and the aggressive behaviour can be part of the psychosis. Depending on availability one could add a antipsychotic drug to her treatment
