What Causes Air Bubble Feeling In Chest Causing Tingling Feeling And Dizziness?
Hi, I was driving today and then out of no where it felt like an air bubble in my chest and then my upper part of my body got warm and started tingling and it felt like i was gonna pass out. Then I went back to feeling normal but scared. What do you think this may be.

Nothing to scare.
Little acid reflux, hyperacidity and little indigestion is the common cause. Normalises itself or with mild antacids.
But if it repeats, please get it checked for any possible ischaemic heart.
