What Causes Air Bubbles From Urethra?
Recently I ve experienced air small air bubbles escaping through my urethra at the end of urinating. I ve never had this happen before and it s really concerning me. I m a forty one year old female with adult children and a history of tubal ligation eighteen years ago..no other notable medical history. Please advise?

It doesn't look like a concerning medical issue until unless you have fever, and other related signs and symptoms. What happens is, the liquid over the urethral opening looks like making bubbles at the end of the urination.
If you start feeling itching in the urethral opening area, burning micturation, fever or other gastrointestinal symptoms then get your check up done by physician.
Possibility in such completed cases is the fistula formation between bladder and intestine and air leaks from intestine to urethra and out. But thats a surgical emergency and i dont think you have it.
