Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that amenorrhea is of two types, primary and secondary. Primary amenorrhea means she never had menses and Secondary amenorrhea is cessation of menstrual cycle because of some hormonal imbalance, medications induced that treat cancer, psychosis, or schizophrenia, medical condition etc. that needs to be evaluated further. Headache and nausea either can be associated or not.

Kindly consult with a Gynecologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Hope to have been Helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
