What Causes Amenorrhea Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?
I m 49 yrs old. I haven t have menstruated for two years. I had bleeding last month and right now. But it s strange because there aren t any clots just blood. I m having a sharp pain low on the left side, like where an ovary might be. No fever or chills. What do you think it could be?

Every post menopause bleeding is not normal and should get investigated. I think you should do an X-ray, total blood count and a colposcopy. You should check the source of bleeding. The treatment varies on causes.
