Hello, I have not had a period since july. I am now having lower abdominal cramps. i feel bloated and it feels like something is putting pressure on my stomach. Also, i find myself urinating more frequently. it hurts to move and it even hurts while i am sitting

The fact that you may not have a period for so long is not related to painful urination. First of all, you should do a pregnancy home test to check for a possible pregnancy.
Also, you should do a urine sample to check for infection. Probably you are having a urinary tract infection and may need antibiotics.
