General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please get your pregnancy test done to exclude pregnancy. In absence of menopause & pregnancy such delay in period indicate hormonal imbalance like thyroid or ovarian dysfunction, fibroid uterus, severe anemia or debilitating diseases. You need investigations like complete blood count, thyroid & ovarian hormonal estimation or ish pelvic to pin point the cause followed by specific management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
