What Causes Amenorrhea Post A Miscarriage Along With Nausea And Headaches?

Hi I Had A Miscarriage 3 Months Ago , when I had a miscarriage I had a d&c done I haven t had a period for three months. Well I ve been I. Pain on my right side where my ovaries are and I ve been mild cramping two weeks ago I took a test at the doctors office and it said negative. About a week ago I took two test and there positive for pregnancy . I ve been nauseated and my back has been hurting. My headaches are more frequent and I m going to the restroom alot more . Could I be pregnant ?
