What Causes Amenorrhea?

Hello my name is karen ive been very curious about why i havent started my period for a year well it will be a year in april.. im very nervous ive been searching up what it could be all though im not sure it says that i might have Amenorrhea. Do you think that would be it?

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Primary amenorrhea is declared when age increases more than 16 years. the most common cause in that case in otherwise normal girls is constutional delay.
If your age is more than 16 years you need workup. Transvaginal sonography, thyroid function tests, FSH/LH.
