Hello, I am a 27 year old unmarried woman. I have missed my period for last 2 and half months. I have done my hemoglobin test and it is 10.7. I am a migralepsy patient and under continuous medication. I don t know why my period is delayed. Please suggest.
hi hope to guide you in a better way First of all relax,it happen sometime when we are stressed out; in our body harmonal imbalancement occur and we have our missed periods.so calm down. secondly you are anemic too,that is not a good sign.You should take some iron supplement like iberet folic between meal once daily for 3 months. also have some dietry modifications like must add an apple in your routine.do some exercise too. make yourself full of life rather indulging yourself in negative feelings. hope you got my point take good care of yourself.
