I have for years experienced the smell of very strong ammonia after running or heavy excerise. Also, recently this smell now shows up in slight amounts at different times without doing heavy physical activity. In checking with others around me no one else smells anything. Someone once to me it could be a electrolyte imbalance. I do not have seizers or please find a different answer!! Thank you for your time : )
