What Causes An Altered Sense Of Smell After Falling On The Face?
About a year ago i fell from my bike on my face no bones were broken but since then my sense of smell seems to be exaggerated especially when the air conditioner comes on and the smell reminds me of a waste ttreatment plant odor mixed with a sweet smell. What could be the cause of this?

Hello,
It could be due to minor fracture or the face bones. Injury to the cribriform plate (bony structure through which nerves from the nose passes) can also lead to similar symptoms.
Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. A CT head may be required for further assessment.
