What Causes An Ear Infection Along With A Lump In The Vagina?
Hello. I currently have an ear infection and have been taking antibiotics for the last 4 days. Around that time 3 or 4 days ago i also noticed a pea sized lump or cyst on the inner side of my labia majora. It seems to rub on my clitoris when i walk at work and has swollen some and is about the size of a dime now. It is not an ingrown hair and doesnt have a whitehead like a pimple. What should i do? I squeezed it a couple times and nothing happened. I want to lance it but i dont think it would help and dont want to get it infected. Im trying to leave it be and keep it clean but even wiping after peeing is painful. I have had slightly more vaginal discharge because I am in my fertile window.
Hi, I think your ear infection and vaginal lump is not related. Your vaginal lump can be a bartholins cyst which may need surgery for removal. You can be having some vaginal infection also. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. to confirm that. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
