Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Elevated billirubin level is suggestive of liver pathology. Go for full liver function test and ultrasound abdomen. Do you have decreased appetite, easy fatigue, nausea and lethargy along with belching? If it is so, consult physician to rule out liver pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
