What Causes An Elevated Heart Rate?
The patient is in India and is discharged with weak left ventricle I am checking to see what might be the problem. I am waiting for the full report. Rapid heart beat and perspiration and unable to bend down was the first symptoms. The Ekg became normal afte the treatment

i can understand your concern. Without the ECG it will be difficult to comment on the diagnosis. the patient might be having an ischemic heart disease(angina). this leads to chest pain, breathlessness, sweatings. along with this it appears the patient might have a congestive heart disease also. A 2d echo would be required to know the ejection fraction of ventricle.
