Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has had 2 minor strokes. afib. sleep apnea. type 2 diabetes. high blood pressure. The last stroke was August 12th. We did not know of first stroke. Through tests discovered he had an enlarged right side of heart. Follow up with cardiologist is in 4 days. He told me today that he has heart burn/indigestian when he is active - cutting lawn or 4 mile bike ride. Please advise. I am quite concerned.
dear mam As regards the heart burn and indigestion,it has nothing to do with a enlarged heart. it can be dealt with an antacid syrup like gelusil or a pantoprazole 40 tablet. more over plz take care of regular diet and rest. do complete the detail check up with the cardiologist. hope this helps
