What Causes An Enlarged Lump On The Bottom Of Right Foot?

I have an enlarged lump on the bottom of my right foot just below the ball of my foot, it has continued to grow slowly, Dermatologist stated it was not an exterior penetration i.e. - glass, splinter etc. Not sure who to see to assess? Podiatrist; orthopedist, any ideas?

Hello. This is a plantar wart--similar to the warts people get on their hands. Nothing serious but the only treatment for it is excision under local anesthesia by either a dermatologist or a podiatrist
