What Causes An Enlarged Lymph Node Between The Elbow And Armpit?

I can palpate what feels like an enlarged lymph node on my inner bicep exactly between my elbow and armpit. Is there a lymph node in that area? (my internet search shows that the only lymph nodes on arm are near armpit and elbow not where I am feeling this one) I recently had a large spider bite on the inside of my elbow. Is this bump that I m feeling likely an enlarged lymph node?
