General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history 2 positive findings...
1. Enlarged two nodes
2. Mild splenomegaly

Based on this two findings leukemia or lymphoma can't ruled out...

You are right that splenomegaly and enlarged node can be from lymphoma

So here we have to be alert and work up needed as follow...
-Full body physical examination
-FNAC from enlarged node to rule out nature of lesion
-CBC with peripheral smear examination

Malaria, infectious mononucleosis like chronic infection also can lead such presentation

Hence clinical correlation is necessary

Hope your concern solved

Consult nearby physician for examination and if it is due to infective etiology then enlarged node resolves within ten to fifteen days

Hope your concern solved
