Hi, I am A Filipino, age 38 and diagnosed to have Mild Prostomegaly with concretions. My prostate is sligthly enlarged with internal areas of parenchymal echodensities measuring 4.3 x 3.5 x 3.4 cm with a total volume of 26.1 grams. I am really worried

I understand your concern.
Enlargement of prostate gland is called 'prostatic hyperplasia'. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) occurs in almost all men as they age. BPH is not cancer.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is usually a normal part of the ageing process and is caused by changes in hormone balance.
Kindly consult Urologist for appropriate management and necessary follow-up.
