Hello, Welcome to hcm, Episode of unconsciousness could be because of many reasons like hypoglycaemia,electrolyte imbalance, any seizures etc..Your CT and MRI report appears normal. Mucosal thickening in maxillary sinus indicates sinusitis that doesn't cause loss of conscious.
