General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the angina, a transient ischemia of the heart. When it is not there the findings will be normal.
When there is mental or physical strain, there will be angina again.
the tests will be normal , or the tests may be positive for when there is pain, or during stress test.
I advise you to consult a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment. The treatment with nitroglyserides will solve the problem .
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
