Stress and crazy aren't necessarily laying the problem at his doorstep. Sometimes parts of the brain that control blood pressure become spontaneously aroused and can cause problems that are very difficult to control. Your doctors will look for the things that we know to cause difficult to control high blood pressure (referred to as secondary causes). If none are found, there are also medicines to help with control of the brain's input though they are not specifically "blood pressure" medications.
